YOU WILL NEED :
- A bangle (or metal circle thingy)
- Some thread or embroidery strings
- Buttons or cool things to hang on it
- Feathers or fabric
- Nail polish or glue
Take your threads and bangle out. You want to use a dark-colored thread so it will show up better. You want to measure the thread equal to the length of your arm, then double it up. It's okay if you cut too short, you can always use some more.
After folding the thread in half, choose any point on the bangle (doesn't matter, really) and tie two knots to secure it. Drag the thread across to any point (still doesn't matter where) and tie a knot. Just repeat these steps all around the bangle. The messier it looks, the more deck it looks. If it already looks like a star, you're good to go.
Gather your thread and strings and anything nice, for the dangly part. I used the same threads, and another golden string. I doubled the threads too (so it looks thicker). And tie a knot at any point on the bangle. Braid it until it reaches 4 cm or something.
Gather the cool buttons/feathers. I don't have any feather so I just cut up some fabric and frayed the edges. Works a bit. Just tie them around your strings or glue them if you can and VAVOOM! Repeat another 2 more times.
