あなたは大丈夫だ

"How stubborn are these scars when they won't fade away?
Or just a gentle reminder that now are better days?
We'll be home soon so dry your eyes.
You'll be okay.

Oh my God, the water is rising.
You just have to believe in me, failing that I'll ride this storm alone.
We can still make it out.
I can help you through this, but you have to take my hand.
I can take you home, take my hand.
I should have known the tides were getting higher.
We can still survive.
They we're drowning but our heads are still above the waves.

You never said goodbye.
But now you're on your own. "

These are the lyrics to Asking Alexandria's 'A Prophecy'. It contradicts everyone's saying when it comes to songs like this. Okay fine, they scream, but deal with it. Try to sing it in a softer tone and you'll get what you were expecting for; meaning. Funny how they think Bruno Mars, or Justin Bieber, write songs with actual meaning. Dig deeper, 'cause I think post-hardcore song like A Prophecy actually illustrate meaning. Those are meanings, they sing with emotion.
